Neurofeedback
Just as we train the body, we can train the brain. Neurofeedback aims to help you develop your potential in school, sports and everyday life.

What is neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback. During training, sensors placed on the scalp record the brain’s electrical activity, and the person gets a visual or sound signal in real time that helps them learn to regulate that activity.
What is it used for?
It is used as support when working on:
- Attention deficits and trouble concentrating
- Hyperactivity
- Aggression and emotional regulation
- Low mood
- Memory difficulties
- Creativity and performance in sports and school
Neurofeedback complements, and does not replace, a professional evaluation or other treatments. Before starting, we talk with you to see whether it’s a good fit for you or your child.

Frequently asked questions
Does neurofeedback replace other treatments?
No. It’s a complement. If there are concerns about attention or mood, a professional evaluation helps decide the best plan.
How do I know if it’s right for me or my child?
Call us at (305) 594-5658. We’ll listen and help you decide whether neurofeedback or another service is the right fit.
