Individual, family and couples therapy

We help children and adults facing different disorders and persistent challenging behaviors through individual, group and family therapy, grounded in solid clinical knowledge and tailored to each person.

We draw on several approaches, including solution-focused therapy, experiential therapy, psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused therapy (for couples) and systemic therapy (for couples and families).

Individual psychotherapy for

We offer psychotherapy for people dealing with:

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depression
  • Behavior problems
  • Attention deficit and hyperactivity
  • Questions about sexual identity
  • Autism
  • Relationship problems
  • Life transitions: divorce, moves and grief

Individual therapy

Our therapy guides each person toward self-knowledge, connection and personal growth. We want people to have real experiences in which they can solve challenges and handle situations proactively. Every person is unique, so treatment plans are built around each person’s needs.

Play therapy

Play is a tool for understanding children’s world and helping them cope with emotional distress and trauma. Play therapy helps children and their families work through problems and difficult life experiences.

Behavior therapy

We use strategies and interventions that promote children’s social and emotional growth, strengthen positive interactions and reduce negative behaviors in children and teens, such as bullying. Cognitive behavioral therapy helps children and adults with anxiety, conduct problems, hyperactivity and attention difficulties.

Family and couples therapy

We help couples and families communicate better, reduce conflict and get through changes together, using emotionally focused therapy and systemic therapy.
