A therapist’s mission is to help the client live better.
I hold a degree in psychology, with more than 20 years of experience and a master’s in clinical psychology. I am also trained in life coaching, NLP and as a Registered Behavior Technician, and I recently earned my hypnotherapist credential.
I firmly believe that a therapist’s mission is to help the client live better. That takes practical work that adapts to each person’s needs and offers tools that, applied in daily life, help people recognize their strengths, which are often forgotten, and face whatever life brings.
Therapy should be a welcoming place where the person feels comfortable and sees that we are working as a team for their benefit. This process helps us know ourselves and make changes that lead to well-being, with a positive impact on our closest relationships.
If you are going through a hard time with your children, your partner or your family, if you are dealing with ADHD, anxiety or depression, or you simply feel you need help, I invite you to work together so you can move toward the change you’re looking for.
